Building a custom home is an exciting journey—one that allows you to tailor every detail, from cabinetry and finishes to paint colors, making each choice reflect your personal style. However, with so many decisions to make, timelines to manage, and various stages of construction to navigate, it can also feel overwhelming. That's where TFCH comes in. We guide you through every step of the process, from architectural planning and interior design to the final walk-through and comprehensive warranty after completion. Our goal is to ensure your vision for your custom home becomes a reality. At TFCH, we are dedicated to crafting beautiful forever homes.   1. Initial Meeting

    • Discuss your vision for the home and your budget

    • Get pre-approved with a lender

    • Receive an initial free existing floor plan and elevation*

  2. Review Preliminary Plans

    • Review floor plans and how the plan fits on your lot

  3. Plan Revisions

    • Revise preliminary plans including elevation idea**

  4. Agreement

    • Finalize and sign the agreement

    • Confirm timelines, pricing, and project details

  5. Pre-Construction Meeting and Interior Design

    • Schedule pre-construction meeting

    • Schedule design appointment

Ready to start building? Construction will take roughly 6 months from the time we pour the foundation to completion, depending on area and details of your home.

*Subject to builder’s discretion.
**It can take a few meetings to get your new home design just right.
